Puccini
I think it is a list of the 12 hospitals with the best ranking in Thailand. What did you think it was?
omnipresent
Agree or disagree with any of the rankings? It might help people find good hospitals in Thailand.

Chose the doctor, not the hospital There are sub-par doctors to be found at every hospital, without exception, and almost all hospitals have at least some good ones.

Which is very difficult to understand as Google has it rated by users as the best in Bangkok (with enough reviews to have meaning). Suspect like most such lists - pulled from thin air (family language). But as said above in most cases more important to find good doctor working in a good hospital. Or, equally likely, hospitals had to do something to get on the list (i,.e. provide some data, fill out some forms etc) Some hospitals may not have the needed data.. e.g. "Publicly available data from existing patient surveys" and "data on quality of treatment and hygiene measures". I really would not pay the slightest attention to lists and polls like this. Just chose the best doctor for your needs.
