If the condo is sold and the tenants are not assumed during the 1 year contract she has to refund all the payments the tenants made during the contract period. But that's my wife. She is a kind and gentle person. had a couple as tenants in my condo, when they sign the contract they knew I had it for sale and told them as (like you wife) I am a nice/gentle person I would allow them to stay free for 1 month following the sale.... didn't happen as no buyers show up Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
