Hi everyone I'm looking for someone who can help repair our Roomba vacuum cleaner . I've approached the local Irobot distributor nad havent heard back from them yet

Is that the distributor you tried to contact.  If no, might be worth a call.   If yes, maybe they reply to Line (Line address also in the link), I was told that you order supplies through Line so I assume they monitor Line.
