Emergency responders were notified of the accident in Soi Nong Praw 21 in the Mon Nang sub-district over the past weekend. The driver, Mr. Prasit, 41, from Nakhon Ratchasima, had been moved from the sedan by local residents and rescue team members. He was unconscious. He was taken to a local hospital where he was later tragically pronounced dead, with the cause being drowning while trapped inside the vehicle. I find that I only drive off the road when I’m so blind drunk that I can’t see where I’m going or fall asleep at the wheel…. ???? But I took my test in the UK not in Thailand. In your case as in mine it is called being a competent driver. Not a lot here in country.
