Police conclude late TV actress’s fall from boat was neither accident nor murder

Tragic accidents happen, it can happen to any of us, out with friends, or drunken a bit to much and something happens.... its no ones fault its just one of those things..... I am not quite sure what bringing charges against her friends is going to do, and i doubt very much she would of wanted that....

I am also pretty sure if it was one of the not famous persons on the boat this would of disapeared with no charges a long time ago.

She hardly had a "very bad day".  She is dead, probably through no fault of her own.

Drinking and partying on a small boat  with no running light at night on the notoriously dangerous Chao phraya river.

.

Bad decisions for everyone on board.

murder?

Stupid, yes.

*RafPinto, sorry didn't mean to quote you.  Couldn't delete it.

IMO  I just think its friends who drank too much and <deleted>*d up.

It's like drinking and driving.

Don't drink and get on a tiny boat in the dark with NO running lights when huge barges are running at night creating big waves as they pass.

A regular HiSo would know this.

I don't see why so many people think it's a conspiracy?

Many people die in that dangerous and turbulent river everyear.

But of course your welcome to your opinions.  Any inklings on what may have happened?

Rumours abounded of course, I heard a few of them. And the lying that ensued around the case made me suspicious... I need to remind myself they would likely tell lies as a natural first reaction here!

Definitely a tragedy in any case.
