90 Check In Requirment If Out Of County

I have an 0 visa- marriage visa. When I am out of the country I assume no 90 check in is requried? Anyone know if this is the case?

The regulation is clear that those residing within the Kingdom must report their whereabouts every 90 days. No mention of those not in the country.

Your entry card filled out upon your return starts your next 90 day period.

In non lawyer speak: no, 90 day reports are not required when you are not in Thailand.

As PTE says, you start the 90 day count on the day you fill out a new TM.6 entry card. So if you travel every month or so you will never have to do a separate 90 day report as you will never be in Thailand 90 days continuous.
