Hello,

My wife and I will be getting a divorce. We're both from the States, but she is of Thai Nationality. Although this is a mutual agreement, and will be as irreconcilable difference, I'd like to get the paperwork sorted out properly before filing.

I currently have 2 businesses in Thailand, which both are under a Limited Company, w/ 51% being my wife, and the other 49% under my name.

I'm not sure what the best route to go.

- Dissolve the Company and redo the contracts w/ my partners and have the individual business(es) under my personal name?

- Leave everything as is (even though her signature was on most (if not all) of the documents)?

Can anyone please advise?

Thanks
