After buying a Condo in BKK last year and showing the ownership documents to the Thai embassy in London, I was given a 1 Year Non Immigrant 0 Visa, the real question is will this approach work again, to get another one? Has anyone else tried this?

Unfortunately, the 'investment' visa (required 3 million condo or the like) was killed off last year. I'm not sure if that's what you got, if it is you MAY be able to extend on a 'grandfather' basis if the visa is still valid.

If you're still in the UK simply apply to Hull for a non-o on the grounds of visiting friends and family

QED.
