90 Day Reports Q

Recommended Posts

If one is traveling around LOS when the 90 day report is due, does one just make the report at the local immigration office in the area one is visiting (with that local address) or does it have to be made in the province where one is officially registered as residing full time?

What's the issue with doing it online.

Yes the old system was a beast however new online system seems to work a treat.

Via post is also a simple way to report.

You can prepare everything prior to travel.

Unfortunately I'm already traveling. I may try online again. If worse comes to worse, I'm a half days drive from Phuket so could just take a day to drive back and use the drive-thru window to report and return to where I'm holidaying.

Online doesn't work for everybody...it was working for me in Pattaya but doesn't here in Phuket.

I assume that you have previously done a TM30 for change of address to Phuket.

If mail not possible there is always option to cop 2k fine when eventually back in home province and do report in person..

Yep I'm all registered in Phuket (did my last retirement renewal in Phuket last year. Yes, I may just pay the fine for a late report.

Make sure you have a crack at the new online system.

Assume you have registered.

The window opens 15 day prior to due date and up to due date.

Worst case scenario is cop a fine.
