Hi all, does anyone know if I can obtain another marriage certificate. My wife will not give me the original.

 

Can anyone advise of the process to this please.

You each get a copy of the M Cert. So where's your copy?

You cannot get a new marriage certificate but you can get a certified copy of it done at a Amphoe.

It's your copy. Legally it's yours. You should ask for it. I doubt the Amphur would give you a replacement unless you report it lost with a police report.
