Daily News reported on what they called a "miracle survival" of a 40 year old man from Myanmar who fell from the sixth floor of Ratburana Condo in Soi Pracha-uthit 17.

Ruam Katanyu rescue services and Ratburana police found Meosow propped up against the rear wall of a house adjacent to the condo.

He had multiple injuries but was alive yet incoherent.

He was taken to Charoen Krung Hospital.

An unnamed witness who was chatting on the ground floor of the condo heard a loud noise then the girlfriend of the man came running down the stairs in a state of shock.

They looked over the wall of the house to find the victim lying there before contacting the houseowner.

It appears that the man's fall was broken by a jackfruit tree and some zinc sheeting.

Residents told the media that a lot of Myanmar people working in the garment industry lived in the room.

They didn't know what was going on because few of them spoke Thai.

But they all agreed he was very lucky to survive.

Daily News asked in their headline:

"What amulet was he wearing?"
