KTB Problem

Featured Replies

I'm having an issue with Krung Thai bank.

British Airways refunded me 66,500 baht on the 4th of May for a flight 2 years ago.

They said the money should be in my account in 15 days, and it isn't.

I phoned KTB who said they haven't received the money and they can't guarantee  that I will get it as VISA have a policy for 120 days refund.

BA said that they would refund the card number I paid and would contact me if the bank didn't accept it. I have received a new card with a different number from the one I used to pay, so maybe that is the issue.

They have sent my complaint on to their dispute dept. and said it could take a while to get back to me.

Any comments/advice appreciated.

Actually, it's not really the issue.

I paid with my Bangkok Bank credit card, not my KTB.

However, I changed my card number also so still have not got the money ???? :cheesy:

Bangkok Bank say they can't find my money as VISA will not allow them to follow the transaction on their system.

Any suggestions on what to do next, if anything?

I don't believe them.

Would you just give up?
