For you maybe the last king of the UK

Good to see the back of a colony run by a bunch of racist bigots .

Only hope for the colony is to have representation from the immigrants . Fresh blood in the colonies veins

I really do not think that the Royal family are racists .

Saying that a new Royal Family should be "immigrants" could be considered to be racist

Let’s ponder the response from some parts of the press and public to a recent marriage into the British Royal Family.

We are talking about members of the Royal family , we arent talking about the public or the media

And the fact that Philip was a Greek.

So now we have members of our Royal Family and the Church of England now with their heads on the chopping block of Brexit. For nothing must be allowed to interfere with it, even the entity of the United Kingdom itself. No Institution is immune.

Well if you don't have state institutions, you don't have a state. Or a Kingdom. Just a listless English  flag, tattered and fluttering in the wind...

So they have a choice of three safe Countries ; France , U.K and Rwanda .

Why do they prefer to stay in the U.K ?

The vast majority of them don't. 92% of asylum seekers who come to Europe prefer to stay in other European countries, according to the report below.

Asylum in the UK

As it states, the number of asylum seekers coming to the UK:

Quote

... equates to 8% of the total asylum applicants across the EU+ and UK combined

Oh and just FYI, that report also points out that in 2021 more than twice as many asylum seekers stayed in France, as came to the UK (96,000 as compared to 44,000) so that again flatly contradicts your assertion that "they prefer to stay in the UK."

Most of them prefer to stay elsewhere.

Yes, 10 000 of them were staying in Calais , trying to get to the U.K

After an appeal to the Courts by Mr Raza Husain QC on behalf of the legal aid receiving deportees elect , a Court has ruled that the flights can go ahead tomorrow

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10912123/Court-Appeal-judges-ahead-flight-taking-migrants-Rwanda.html?ito=social-facebook&fbclid=IwAR0vylVkynOcVnpjUSCEhxg5z18HOXYhwSVnWcFc8hab5LW0GtjwKFxGouI

A flight (singular) may be going ahead, but even if it does, it will have only a maximum of 8 people on board.

Even that isn't certain because as that article further points out:

"Lawyers are understood to still be lodging appeals, under the Humans Rights Act and modern slavery legislation, to withdraw individual names from the Kigali-bound flight."

Individual people are making appeals to try to get themselves removed the the flight , the flights are been ruled to be legal

Neither of those cuts the mustard either. the Turkish news outlet quotes a "UK daily" and the express is not an approved source.

Will this do ?

The British navy went into French waters to collect a boat load of immigrants from the French navy who were escorting the boats to UK waters

https://news.sky.com/story/investigation-after-border-force-enters-french-waters-to-pick-up-migrants-12325388

:"The sailor who handed the radio message to the Mail told the newspaper: "We know the French are escorting migrant boats towards the UK instead of turning them back to France.

"But this is a first time I have heard of British Border Force collecting migrants on the French side of the Channel.

"I have suspected it going on for some time, but the radio message that I happened to overhear on an public channel proves it.

"The French patrol boat captain makes clear the migrants are not in peril at sea."

Did the french navy have a legal obligation to turn the boats back to France?

Were they "escorting" them or monitoring them? Escorting implies forcing them to travel to a point where they did not wish to go.

No.

Unless you can find a legal basis for the French preventing people getting into boats and heading to the UK.

The ‘Dublin Agreement’ would provide a legal obligation on the French but the UK ditched it as part of Brexit.

Doh!

“The United Kingdom withdrawal from the European Union took effect at the end of the Brexit transition period on 31 December 2020, at which point the Regulation ceased to apply to it.”

Seems like the French  were making sure that they wouldn't come back , making sure that they arrived in U.K waters .

I don't know the legalities  of it. I am not familiar with French law

I do think that the French authorities should intervene when they are aware of people trafficking and smuggling .

The French authorities just watch people being trafficked right in front of them, not only that , they help the traffickers as well to make sure their trafficked people get to their destination .

Are the French authorities legally allowed to watch crimes and assist in those crimes ?

More conspiracy theories. What evidence do you have that all of these boats are controlled by human traffickers. the French probably do go after human traffickers.

Yes, Nigels boat crossed from UK waters to French waters and back again

Proving nothing at all. Some French naval boats ensuring they were on hand to rescue refugees in case they sank. Reprehensible in some peoples' eyes.

Well, France doesn't put them up in hotels, 3 meals a day, bit of pocket money and a phone.
