Photo by Vietnam News Agency Vietnam handed over two sets of remains suspected to belong to American soldiers who died in the Vietnam War to U.S. representatives on Thursday. The Vietnamese Office for Seeking Missing Persons held a handover ceremony in Da Nang City attended by officials from the U.S. embassy and the U.S. office for searching for soldiers missing in action in Hanoi, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement. The remains were found following a joint search by the two sides over the last five months.
