PattayaKevin Posted July 5, 2022 Share Posted July 5, 2022 (edited) Just came from Jomtien they made me redo my tm30 in person and said that I can not do my own tm30 now. Must be done by the owner of the house not the possessor. Also they said that the owner "a Thai" must do a tm30 for herself as well.
