Why is my account suddenly blocked?  Do have to register all over again? Anyone else experienced this? 

I don't know why but what I can tell is that immigration like to give a lot of stress!

I think I tried 20 times now, I'm about to give up. Such a waste of time.

As I understand it TM 30 is a registration form to be used only by the owner of the property if he/ she has a foreigner staying.

It does not require you to be the owner to register to do online TM30 report. It can be done as the possessor of the residence.

Just came from Jomtien they made me redo my tm30 in person and said that I can not do my own tm30 now. Must be done by the owner of the house not the possessor. 

 

Also they said that the owner "a Thai" must do a tm30 for herself as well. Seems to me they have no idea what's going on and just want to increase foreigner frustration.

I have no idea what the problem could be. I am not registered on the site since I have no reason to do it.

Maybe to many failed logins.

Okay, but who is actually responsible for reporting Tm 30, is it the owner or the possessor?

Either one.

But immigration will make it your responsibility if not done.
