Video: Commando raids nab two on warrants in southern Thailand

77kaoded went with heavily armed commandos who conducted dawn raids at two properties in Nakhon Sri Thammarat, southern Thailand, yesterday morning.

 

This was part of nationwide raids conducted in 12 provinces reported elsewhere on ASEAN NOW today. 

 

The two men in the video were wanted for a crime spree in Khanom three months ago in which five people took part.

 

In Thasala district they arrested Adisak, 37, who was asleep in his house.

 

A man called Attakorn, aged 40, was arrested in the same area and was involved in the same crimes.

They were both taken to Khanom police station. 

 

With others, the two suspects were wanted for armed robbery and abduction/assault.

 

Two suspects are already in custody.
