I'll go to Laksi next week for a fourth Covid extension: I need to print some forms to complete them now and I have the TM7 and the 60 days Covid Extension Affidavit but I'm missing the two more forms linked to Covid extension, is there some links to download them ?

What two forms.

Do you mean the acknowledgement forms.

They will have them.

I know they have them. They also have the other ones, of course. I just prefer to fill them at home.

This it the STM2 form for conditions of stay and the penalties for a overstay form.
