ANNOUNCEMENT

We are having issues with the email server that sends out ASEAN NOW daily newsletter and some of the forum notification emails.

Rest assured that our tech team is working on this maintenance issue.

When the server is back in service you will continue to receive your emails as usual.

If you need our newsfeed, please subscribe to our other channels, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or LinkedIn.

We apologize for any inconvenience,

Kind regards

George

Maybe the long delay is deliberate, to get people to subscribe to these channels thus increasing revenue?

I didn't worry too much, they usually let me know I've been a bad boy and send me to the sin-bin for a while..

Problem is I've started to speak to the missus again.

Server maintenance by skilled techs does not take this long and should not be required every 6months.

Also if it was planned a smart business would have advised before the natives started asking

Thank you for teaching me to suck eggs.

Perhaps raising your concerns with the right people may be more fruitful.

The maintenance of our Newsletter system is running in the cloud at Amazon AWS who is our service providers, their Support been slow for New Year, so they are apologizing, and so do I. My best guess is the we can resume the newsletter within a few days. All this is outside of AseanNow control, unfortunately.

I am chasing them.

Ok, thank you for the update!    Sorry to hear Amazon AWS are so incompetent.
