Have used it for 10 years and never had any problem with Extensions, Resident Certificates etc, for me it's very professional. One of the very few offices to make up rules.. And, where is the problem? Almost every Immigration Office has some special rules, other Offices you have to show your Bankbook every 3 month. Think you might come up with 3 or 4 rubbish offices. BTW for some folk a visit to immigration with travel adds up to best part of a day.
