Thai Rath reported on the grisly and unfortunate death of a cowboy from Myanmar who fell under the wheels of a dust cart after tripping over the leg of one of his herd.

CCTV caught the incident though the media only had a still picture.

Pol Capt Bunlert Thipsributr of the Mae Sot, Tak, police was called after the accident in Mae Pa sub-district of the north western Thai province.

They found Noppadol, 37, the driver of a dust cart waiting to give evidence. There were dozens of cows milling about.

Despite CPR given at the scene by rescue teams, 52 year old Setong from Myanmar soon died from horrendous injuries sustained after he fell under the left front wheel of the truck.

His wife who lives just 100 meters away rushed to the scene in tears.

CCTV footage showed the horrific moment that the herder - known as Setong the Cowboy - took his employer's 50 cows back to their pen nearby.

Some cows were in the middle of the road and he was herding them back to the side when he fell over the leg of one animal and under the front wheel of the dust cart that happened to be approaching from behind.

The driver was unable to see him and in full view of witnesses and despite their screams, crushed the poor cowboy to death.

The driver and three other dustmen who were on the cart went to the police station to help cops with their inquiries.

Always the same! Because of an impatient driver a unfortunate soul had to die. He couldn't wait until the road was cleared and must squeeze his big a$$ lorry through the already narrowed bottleneck without any regards of any life. In the real world this would be clearly his fault.

And you know this how exactly? Were you there at the scene or just pushing your own opinion.

It was sad and unlucky that Setong fell over the leg of the cow and I am sure that nobody knew that the trash truck would be there at that precise moment.
