PattayaKevin Posted August 20, 2022 Posted August 20, 2022 I'm going to need a new non O multiple entry based on marriage. I was looking at the evisa site and looks easy. Anything I should know about applying for the evisa through the Washington DC embassy. I'm planning on flying back to the United States for 2 weeks in September and not sure if I will have time to get out of Thailand to do it in a nearby country. I'm assuming for the financial documents they want a copy of my bank statement showing 400k. No seasoning would be required?
ubonjoe Posted August 20, 2022 Posted August 20, 2022 You will only need to show at least the equivalent of 20k baht ($700) to apply for the non-o visa. More info is here on the embassy webstie. https://thaiembdc.org/2020/07/11/foreigners_family/
PattayaKevin Posted August 20, 2022 Author Posted August 20, 2022 Thanks ubonjoe It states ***All supporting materials that are not in English must be accompanied by certified English translations and certified by an embassy only *** I'm assuming that I wouldn't need to get my Thai papers translated since they are Thai?
