Siam Rath reported that a contingent of officers from the Economic Crime Division arrested Permsak, 48, on a Nonthaburi court warrant issued in November 2008 on a charge of causing grievous bodily harm.

 

He was arrested in Nong Bua sub-district of Samut Sakhon in central Thailand. 

 

Back in 2017 the suspect had a violent argument with another man causing a grievous injury then later attacked him again with a beer bottle after which a report was filed with the Rattanathibet, Nonthaburi police.

 

The arrest was notable because the suspect was arrested just one day before the statute of limitations on the offence ran out. 

 

The ECD took him into custody.

I bet this does not happen to RB Vorayuth Youvidhya he will have a high class brief ...........LOL

So the court warrant was issued in November 2008 for a crime that happened in 2017.
