Insurance needed when enter with a Non O multipe visa?

Soon I will enter Thailand with a Non-O multiple entry visa based on retirement, which was issued at The Hague (no E-visa) in november 2021. Is there an insurance needed? If it is, would the Dutch insurance which not mention an amount, but full reimbursement of all costs be enough?

You will not need insurance when entering the country. It is not required for a non-o visa.
