I need help/advice on lost passaport.

Nope show up with the police report and the new passport when you stamp out, they'll look up your previous entry stamp, fine you 500 baht a day overstay fine and stamp you out of the country. 𝗪𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲𝘀 𝗿𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗳 𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗲𝘁𝗰 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗜 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁. In and of itself a couple week overstay shouldn't affect you getting back in but keep in mind the fact you lost the passport cuts no ice with them as far as whether you'll have issues entering or not. What service are you talking about? You mean the LTR visa? Afaik that is the only way to get tax exemption on foreign income. -
