Pol. Capt. Rachan Chaiphin from the Nongkham police station on Monday, September 5th, rushed to assist a severely injured ninth-grader who had hit his head with a footpath after his bike crashed and fell in Sri Racha. The accident scene was on Bueng-Pattaya Road in the Bueng subdistrict. Pol. Capt. Racha arrived to see the young victim (15) lying in a pool of blood on the street flanked by his mourning parents.
