that's enough of this non sense, I have a better easy (sarcastic) solution to all this, let's start with his last wish to stay until 2025, meaning 2017 constitution changed + 8 years= 2025, now the (sarcasm) way is let him change the constitution again, now in 2022 then he will have another 8 years until 2030 after that he can keep doing it over and over until completely satisfied  ????????????
