My friend is applying for a non O-A visa and is stuck at the upload documents stage. You have to upload "visa application" form along with your "additional application" form but where do you find the visa application form? I can't find it on the Thai DC web site anywhere for him. After completing everything the application is submitted online. It is not a separate form.
