Hi,

Is there a specific law in Thailand that defines how long a vendor can "repair" broken thing ?

Before I sent back the product (worth 5500 baht)   they promised a refund, but then said "we will repair" and repairing it already 3 months.

You will just have to wait and see one good reason to pay by credit card because if you paid cash to get a lawyer to write them a letter via EMS would probably cost more.

With global logistic problems and semiconductor shortages, they could be stuck with inability to get parts in timely manner. But that's not an excuse for not keeping you honest with the timelines on when they would receive parts and by when it could be fixed. Usually that's something that's cleared with customer before taking the product for service.
