Praise online for handicapped lady - she may be small but now she's got her bachelor's degree

Praise came online from Thai netizens for a handicapped lady from the north east of the country who has graduated with flying colors.

 

A post online asked people if they remembered Waraporn Soisen or Mew from several years ago when she went through the starting rituals for her university course at Rajabhat University.

 

Now the pocket dynamo has achieved her success with a bachelor's degree in Economics. 

 

This showed that handicaps need not be an obstacle in life.

77kaoded reported that Mew is just 92 cms tall and is handicapped in her hands and legs. 

 

But she dreamed of getting a degree when she was a young child.

 

Now at age 26 after all her struggles at school and efforts in getting a bursary she has accomplished her dream.

 

The media caught up with her at the home in Sateuk, Buriram, that she shares with her proud mum and dad and two siblings. 

 

Her message was clear: "Never give up".
