June 25, 200718 yr Hi, I have experienced some problems with my Itunes program and had to delete/uninstall it. Upon re-installing a new one, it wont fully install (from CD) or download. I guess that the old Itunes hasn't been fully removed. So I checked in the Add/Remove Programs and Itunes was still there but cannot be opened nor remove. Can anyone help on what to do? Is there some other way to completely remove it? ((sorry, i'm not so good with this stuff)) Will appreciate any helpful replies
June 25, 200718 yr What version of Itunes are you using? What is your OS? did you install it your self or was it downloaded through the Apple software updater?
June 25, 200718 yr i had a similar issue with itunes.. i downloaded advanced uninstaller and did a forced removal. problem was solved

The version I used (and tried to delete) is v.6 , installed from CD OS is Windows XP. Now I want to website the new itunes from the webiste but failed and failed... v8tfcorty: where can i get that advanced uninstaller???
