MANILA, Philippines — The number of reported deaths from the onslaught of Typhoon Karding (Noru) has risen to 10, the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council reported Wednesday.

 

According to NDRRMC, Karding has left six people in Bulacan, two in Zambales, one in Quezon province, and one in Rizal dead. Causes of death include drowning, motorcycle incident, and landslide.

 

Eight persons were also reported missing in Rizal, Quezon province, and Camarines Norte.
