Just logged in to the site without a problem. Same password since early December when the site became available. I keep a separate file with all my passwords. When it comes to the 90 day report, I delete whatever is in the password field, then copy and paste the password from the file. Password is saved in the app from previous reports. Even when I tried to reset it ,just in case, the app didn't recognize my email either...???? The new online reporting system does not save your password or email address. I allowed Chrome to remember mine the first time I logged in. Just tried it on Edge and it does not show my login info when opening the site. In the Thai 90-day app, you can click the little 'eye' icon to the right of the password field to check that you have entered the right password. I'm surprised that Immigration work at such an early hour so this makes me think that the whole process is now automated. My reporting office is Jomtien. That's odd, I did a report yesterday afternoon (jomtien), and still pending at 8:30.
