But one thing led to another and all he got for his trouble was a sore end. Now he wanted out. The guys from the rescue org soon got to work but it took an hour just to be on the safe side. They didn't want Thai willy to be cut along with the ring. Removable rubber penile rings which surround the base of the penis and sit behind the testicles are used to prevent the blood flowing out of the penis so the penis stays erect. Anything around the testicles simply cuts off the blood flow to the testes and would cause gangrene and they drop off!!!!
