You can still leave before and if the electric and water has been paid, and there's nothing to repair or fix you get your deposit back at the finish of the month. And yes, we got our whole deposit back. Wasn't a surprise, as he knew we were building. With queries such as this, you really have to wonder how some folks function at all in life.
