October 20, 20223 yr Braverman was at loggerheads with Truss's plans to grant working visas to thousands of Indians. So Truss appoints a Sunak supporter in her place as Home Secretary. Not so slowly but surely, Truss's Cabinet is turning into Sunak's.

October 20, 20223 yr [Trigger warning, this post includes the word ‘asylum’]. I suspect someone is telling Truss what to do, and the Hunt for that matter. Or are we to believe Truss suddenly took a liking to people who opposed her appointment, and that Hunt, who couldn’t get 20 MPs to nominate him in the Leadership Contest suddenly has the authority to wipeout all of Truss’ policies? It’s my opinion that someone has decided it’s not a good idea to let the lunatics run the asylum.
