Photo by VnExpress/Luu Quy Several Zalo users said they could neither send messages nor gain access into the chat application on Friday, instead only receiving the "no connection" notification. "At first, I thought there was something wrong with the Internet, but I tried Wi-Fi, 4G and even restarting the phone to no avail," said Ngoc Anh, who lives in Hanoi's Cau Giay District. Anh said she rarely uses Zalo, but a friend sent her a message on the app on Friday, so she had to open it up.
