Thailand PM  was at the airport greeting Saudi Prince. 

 

From Thailand standpoint,   there are particular special attendance for APEC Bangkok 2022. 

China Xi,   France Macron,  Saudi MBS.    The latter two were not APEC members, came as invited guests.
