November 23, 20223 yr I noticed that the form for the Re-Entry Permit asks for the departure and return dates. I'm wondering if these dates are enforced or can be changed later. I'm planning to leave on a one-way flight and the return date is not yet clear. I can make a best guess to fill out the form but what happens if I return on a different date? November 23, 20223 yr Popular Post The departure and return dates really mean nothing. At some office you can leave them blank. Not sure why they even have them on the TM8 form.
