Man with Long Criminal Records Arrested for Assaulting, Raping Woman

UBON RATCHATHANI, (TNA) – Police arrested a man, 41, for assaulting and raping a woman and found he had been jailed for four times.

Surveillance camera footage in Ubon Ratchathani municipality showed the man, identified as Pan, followed the woman who was reaching her motorcycle at a public park.

 

The man kicked her for several times, forced her to ride the pillion to an abandoned house and raped her before escaping. The incident occurred on Nov 20 and the woman filed a complaint with police.

This guy seems to like incarceration.

Hopefully they will keep him imprisoned far longer this time. Until he is too old and incapable of raping or hurting women.

To an extent, you can't lock everyone up forever. I do agree in cases of rape which should be treated ans grievous bodily harm. The problem is that rape laws were written by men and largely judged by men.

  Are lighter and lighter sentences, easy parole and release happening in more and more countries for theft, sexual predators and pedophiles and violent criminal gang members,  and drug dealers?  
   What’s going on ?    This perp should not have been on the street.

Obviously, only his criminal record is long.

He will probably get let out on parole in order to repeat his offences again and again. Should just terminate his interest in sex by neutering him with a meat cleaver.
