Thai NCSA shuts down dtv.in.th and eta.in.th websites
Thai Visa Center own the sites as they confirm in this thread: https://aseannow.com/topic/1344826-the-thai-eta-electronic-system-for-travel-authorisation/ There were some posts on here about them being phishing sites and Malwarebytes highlighting them but the thread seems to have been removed. -

On the the other hand there are a number of western people who are. Perhaps if Pai made bathing and being lice free a requirement, it might reduce tourist overload from certain origins. If a requirement for an education and proper dental hygiene was added, it might further slash numbers. -

Money transfer for buying condo
I'm doing a bit of research for myself and friends, they tell me for buying property a farang buyer must get a FCT (foreign currency transfer) certificate from the bank for the money that he's paying for the condo..., and for this it's best to transfer dollar or euro to a same currency account here and let the bank exchange that to baht...! But this means bank using terrible exchange rate..., I've seen on Wise.com when transferring money it has an option "buying property", wouldn't that be enough for Bangkok Bank for example to certify that this transfer was from abroad etc. for this particular purpose...? -

What's your go to shrimp/prawn brand, for board members that eat loads of them...
Why are they so white in color, though? Good price, I think. Must be due to low labor cost. 500 grams for Bt.190 is cheaper than canned tuna. Will try!
