I have stopped working with my former employer now.

My visa is still valid until next year, but of course he will calls the competent authorities that i don't work anymore for him.

What should i do next, will this invalidate the visa as well ? is there some kind of period grace until i find a new job (or just setup my own ?) should i leave the country again get a new business visa ?

It depends on what you have.

If you have a one year extension of stay from Immigration based on your work you must leave the country within 7 days.

If you are here on a 90 day visa entry of a multi entry non immigrant B visa you obtained at a Consulate you can remain here until the current permitted to stay until date and you can then exit and come back using the valid visa for another 90 day stay.
