Maestro Posted June 28, 2007 Share Posted June 28, 2007 Yes, he can extend by 60 days, for the reason of “visiting Thai wife” (paragraph 7.23 of National Police Order No. 606/2549). This will give him a total of 150 days, a little short of five months. Application for extension should be made within the last three weeks of his original 90-day permission to stay.
