Thai police appeal for information after dead woman found strangled in NE

The Thai police in Chaiyaphum in the north east are appealing for assistance after a woman aged about 30-35 was found about thirty meters off the road going to Ong Reua in the Kaeng Khro police jurisdiction.

 

The body was found by a local official called Pramuan, 58, in the vicinity of a hut.

 

It was an attractive woman with a height of about 150-150 cms wearing a pink long sleeved t-shirt with hood, jeans and black bra. 

 

The number 2.4 was tattooed on her left ankle and right thumb. There was no ID and it was thought she had been dead 24 hours, reported Daily News.

 

In addition keys to a Honda motorcycle were found with the body.

 

There were no injuries to the body apart from strangulation marks around her throat.

 

Kaeng Khro police believed she was murdered elsewhere and then dumped at the site.

 

There are no missing persons' reports in the immediate vicinity and no one knows who she is.

 

Initial reports suggested she had not been sexually assaulted.

 

Concerned people can view evidentiary items at the police station.

 

The police are appealing for tips or information on 044-882887 or 08 9280 3954.

Maybe because it would have shown through the pink t-shirt and added to the identifying description. (note: they didn't tell  the colour of her other underwear).
