webfact Posted December 28, 2022 Share Posted December 28, 2022 by TNR Staff THE CENTRAL Administration Court today (Dec. 28) ordered the suspension of the environmental impact assessment (EIA) approval granted to a high-rise condominium project in Ratchadapisek area after neighbours had filed a lawsuit over blocking of wind and sunlight, TV Channel 7 said. Mr. Srisuwan Chanya, president of the Anti-Global Warming Association, said residents of Ratchadaphisek Soi 64,66 and 68 filed a lawsuit against the committee of specialists that had approved EIA for the 303.5-metre high project that blocks sunlight and wind in the neighbourhood on November 15, 2021.
