THE CENTRAL Administration Court today (Dec. 28) ordered the suspension of the environmental impact assessment (EIA) approval granted to a high-rise condominium project in Ratchadapisek area after neighbours had filed a lawsuit over blocking of wind and sunlight, TV Channel 7 said.

Mr. Srisuwan Chanya, president of the Anti-Global Warming Association, said residents of Ratchadaphisek Soi 64,66 and 68 filed a lawsuit against the committee of specialists that had approved EIA for the 303.5-metre high project that blocks sunlight and wind in the neighbourhood on November 15, 2021.
