Thailand's much-debated 'weed bill' is in tatters after MP walkout, the future of elephant tourism, Presidents Xi and Marcos meet in China, Cannabis 'brochure' published, Pattaya and Phuket ponder Chinese tourism.

Marcos...such a stain..

Silently ban weed again and lock up all the doped up farang and have them pay their way out.  Easy money.

This chap is easily flummoxed.

Every bill, nay Parliament itself, is in "tatters". All interest in legislating is off the table until after an election.

And the the current "law" is very, very clear on Cannabis use. It is legal to produce, sell, use. End of story.
