What a load of rubbish! I've lived in London and Bangkok and Bangkok's congestion is many times worse. London is actually quite good.

Not to mention India.

I travelled to the "quiet" town of Kochi, Karela. 10 times worse than London.

Sadly, your assertion does not appear to be borne out by the INRIX scorecard referred to in the BBC news item, though - according to which 156 hours were lost to traffic delays in London last year, compared to only 67 hours in Bangkok:

BBC ignored many countries and cities, obviously.

Try drive across Manila city .... easy 2 hours.

Many cities in India as well. And ...........

Trash journalism.
