Please post link of additional download documents for Retirement Visa

About a year ago when I was preparing my retirement visa application a member here very helpfully gave me links to certain forms that can be downloaded and filled in before going to immigration.

(not the usual paperwork but these forms contain declarations etc)

Usually, immigration give these forms to applicants on the day of the retirement visa interview, but it assists to get them now so reduce hassle on the day of the interview.

 

Could someone kindly publish the links and include any new forms so I can download and complete before i go to immigration this time?

Stating which IO you will be using may unearth any "local quirks" that may trip you up.
