Elkski 2841
Is Venmo used at all in Bangkok? Is there a way to use some Venmo money in Thailand. I could transfer to my linked bank account , 1-3 days then use wise to Thai bank account. Venmo is used so much in America now.
Carmine6 174
Venmo is US only. Quote To create a personal account, you must be a resident of the United States or one of its territories, be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your state of residence and use a cellular/wireless telephone number that you own. PromptPay has started to establish links to payment systems in other countries. For example, with PayNow in Singapore, I can transfer from my Singapore bank seamlessly to Thailand via PromptPay. However, the last time I checked the exchange rate, Wise was still better. In general, it’s best to use local transfer methods for local transfers and Wise once you cross borders.
