GA19
Hello. An Australian working in a third country who's had a few Non-Immi O based on marriage issued over the past several years. Last issue 4 years or so ago. Question please: For a short holiday in the kingdom, will I be granted a 45 day visa exemption on arrival anymore or must I always go the Non-O now? Thanks and regards Edited January 15, 2023 by GA19

Yes and be aware that you have easy options to extend your stay. With each visa exempt entry you can obtain a 30 day extension and also a 60 day extension to visit wife.
allane
Past history is normally irrelevant, as long as it is not "negative past history", such as overstay, blacklisting or deportation.

skatewash
You will be granted a 45 day permission to stay if you arrive in Thailand visa-exempt before 1 April 2023. Arrive after that and you will only receive a 30 day permission to stay.
