webfact
Picture: Tai Rath Lat Krabang police and rescue services went to a four story building in Soi Lat Krabang 26, On Nut Road, yesterday after a mother was battered to death by her son, reported Thai Rath. In a third floor apartment bedroom lay 61 year old Chai Janprem who was dead. There was a pool of blood as well as blood spatter in the room. A bloodied attachment head for a picnic stove was lying nearby and presumed to be the murder weapon. At the scene and lying down quiet was the lady's son, Noi, 37. He would not say what had happened. A relative told how Noi had undergone two years of treatment for psychosis. But he had not taken his meds and lapsed. She had warned his mother about his erratic behavior then this happened. -- © Copyright ASEAN NOW 2023-01-16 - Cigna offers a range of visa-compliant plans that meet the minimum requirement of medical treatment, including COVID-19, up to THB 3m. lujanit
RIP to the Mum. The son should be locked up in a mental institution where he can be supervised to take his meds. I doubt he will be charged with murder.

They can easily give him meds in prison as well.
d4dang
he will be evaluated in a Thai Forensic Institute and be medicated during and a after 6 weeks evaluation. If he or his family have funds he could stay in the institute for an extended period of time or he would be sent to prison where he would be given meds. He may never be released depending on the evaluation. Edited January 16, 2023 by d4dang grammar

Wages here are very cheap, there is absolutely noting to stop the hiring of a cheap person to travel to all these people daily ensuring they take them. George FmplesdaCosteedback
It's the same in the UK, they take no notice until it is in hindsight.
